TERMS OF PAYMENT:
35% deposit due at the time of booking to secure and hold your chosen time slot.
35% payment due 90 days prior to scheduled arrival.
30% balance can be paid prior to hunt or on arrival.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Should a legitimate reason preclude you from coming on your scheduled date, we will be glad to work with you in re-scheduling for up to 15 months from your scheduled arrival date or through re-assignment to another individual on the originally scheduled date. Re-assignment and collection of monies already paid is the sole responsibility of the client and not the outfitter. The remaining balances must be paid by the replacement hunter.
Personal cheques will be accepted for all payments made at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled hunt. Payments made less than 30 days prior to the hunt or upon arrival must be paid in Canadian funds in the form of cash, bank draft or money order. Under no circumstances will personal cheques be accepted less than 30 days prior to the hunt date. We will be glad to take you to a local bank to secure a money order or bank draft, if necessary.
